Order Confirmation and Processing

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer

Product Condition and Grading

For trading cards and collectibles:

Condition descriptions are subjective assessments made in good faith
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfect grading consistency
High-value items may include additional photos or detailed condition notes
If you have concerns about an item's condition upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days of delivery

3. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is available on the Site. Please review it carefully before making a purchase. Generally:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received
Sealed products that have been opened may not be eligible for return
Custom orders or special requests may not be refundable
Shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless the error was ours

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Agreement to Arbitrate: By using this Site or making a purchase, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy ("Dispute") arising out of or relating to these Terms—including their breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity—shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

This arbitration agreement applies to all Disputes, including claims based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.

Arbitration Rules and Procedures:

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules
The arbitration will take place in Dallas, Texas, or another location mutually agreed upon by both parties
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes, including questions regarding arbitrability and enforceability
Each party will be responsible for its own legal fees unless the arbitrator awards fees to the prevailing party
Arbitration costs will be allocated per AAA rules

Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver:

No Class Actions: You agree to bring Disputes only in your individual capacity and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding
No Jury Trial: You waive your right to a jury trial in any Dispute

Exceptions to Arbitration:

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits
This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims for injunctive or equitable relief related to intellectual property rights

Governing Law for Arbitration: This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and survives the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers.

13. Severability
